Black Panther actor, Tenoch Huerta denied the sexual assault accusation by his ex-girlfriend, Maria Elena Rios through social media.

After a long time of being accused by his past lover Maria Elena Rios a musician and activist, the Marvel actor Tenoch Huerta has finally broken the silence.
He said the claims on him are nothing but “false and unsubstantiated”. The actor played the villain Namor in Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever, a recent hit by the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Hureta says “I cannot let it go unchallenged any longer” as he shares his side of the story on Instagram.
Huerta Mentions Rios’s Changed Behavior After They Split
Huerta continued in the post: “About a year ago, I dated Elena for several months. It was entirely consensual at all times, as countless others can attest.
And throughout it was a loving, warm, and mutually supportive relationship. He added, “After it ended, however, Elena began to misrepresent our interactions both privately and in front of groups of mutual friends.”
In his long Instagram post, the actor also mentioned that he also hired a legal team to “commence the appropriate actions to protect my reputation and refute these irresponsible and false accusations that can cause great prejudice and damage”.
He also said, “Although I am by no means perfect, I know that these allegations are simply untrue. And while I will always work to improve myself, I need to contest claims that are both false and offensive.”
Rios has mentioned Huerta as a ‘predator’ and “narcissist” in her old tweets in Spanish.
